1. Introduction

This manual is published in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). PAIA gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by private bodies where such information is required for the exercise or protection of any rights.

3. Information Officer

The Information Officer of SHEQ24 (Pty) Ltd is responsible for handling requests for access to information. All PAIA requests must be directed to the Information Officer at info@sheq24.co.za.

4. Categories of Records Held

5. How to Submit a PAIA Request

To request access to records, you must submit a written request using the prescribed Form C (available from the South African Human Rights Commission website). The request must include:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • A description of the records you are requesting
  • The form in which you wish to receive the records
  • The right you are seeking to exercise or protect
  • The prescribed request fee (if applicable)
